Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS)

At Janson School, we believe that a positive and supportive environment helps every student thrive. Through our PBIS program, we teach and reinforce schoolwide expectations that promote respect, responsibility, and kindness. Students are recognized for making positive choices and demonstrating leadership in their daily actions. By focusing on encouragement and proactive support, PBIS helps create a safe, welcoming school community where all students can learn and grow.
